Email chain between GaribaldiPark2020 (precursor organization of BackcountryBC] and the Province that subsequently resulted in the reduction of the heli-ski tenure in the Spearhead Range, a reduction in the size of the Wilderness Conservation Zone in Garibaldi Park and corresponding increase in the Natural Environment Zone, and funding for the monitoring and assessment of the ill-effects of heli-skiing in the Spearhead Range on Mountain Goat and other wildlife.

An email chain between GaribaldiPark2020 (precursor organization to BackcountryBC) and the Province regarding significant irregularities with the Whistler Heli-skiing park use permit for Spearhead Range, Garibaldi Park. The irregularites that were identified were: (1) heli-skiing inside the Wilderness Conservation Zone, (2) helicopter landing zones immediately adjacent mountain goat winter range, (3) the lack of research, data and studies on mountain goat populations in the Spearhead Range.
