As some of you may remember in 2013 the Province mandated for new volunteer agreements, and after several meetings and stalled negotiations the club was issued a stop work order effectively halting maintenance of the crags. This article examines the impacts and changes, ever-evolving relationship, and renewed interest more than a decade later.
