Description

Memorandum of Understanding between Lil'wat first nation, Squamish first nation, the province, Resort Municipality of Whistler and Whistler Blackcomb. The MOU identifies two phases of work flowing from the agreement to replace the Whistler Blackcomb master development agreements in 2017. The MOU concerns itself with Phase II having to do with development opportunities, crown land management, community planning and the participation of RMOW.
