Callaghan Lake Draft Management Plan

The official Whistler Olympic Park land tenure records that were obtained in 2012 for use in a North Vancouver Criminal Court hearing to determine process. The legal question was the environmental pollution observed in the Callaghan Valley forest after the 2012 Tough Mudder event to determine if the Whistler Sport Legacies Society will face the charge of Mischief as noted by Section 430 of the Criminal Code Of Canada.

FOI result of a query for "a list of the names and permit numbers of heli-ski operators, or similar helicopter tourism companies, including but not limited to heli-hiking, heli-biking, or heli-sightseeing, permitted to land or take off from Callaghan Lake Park and/or Callaghan Conservancy."

Notably there are no licences for Callaghan Park. There are only licences for Callaghan Conservancy.
