The report represents the results of over twenty-two months of discussions among the members of the Pinecone Lake - Burke Mountain Study Team to resolve land use issues in this diverse area. The study area, stretching from Burke Mountain in Coquitlam, to the southern boundary of Garibaldi Park, has been a focus of debate over land use for many years.
