Omnibus bill including the amendment to remove high value recreation land from Garibaldi Park to develop ski facilities in Symphony Bowl and return low value recreation land in Fitzsimmons Creek.

An amendment removes 87 hectares from Garibaldi Park and returns 113 hectares removed from the park in 1987 to allow the development of ski facilities.
